We have very recently put our home located near Tims Ford TVA Dam back on the Rental market, and it is open for business starting 1 July, just in time for 4th of July Week. No Dock, but Quick access to TVA Boat Ramp (less than a mile with the only traffic being that of the boat ramp). Pets welcome with no Pet fee. Brand new floors throughout the house. Perfect for pets.
we offer an approximately 2500 sq ft house on the lake with lots of fun for the family Only fees are a 100.00 cleaning fee... in addition to the daily or weekly rate is insurance and VRBO service fee.
great time to book for spring, summer, fall Golfing at Bear Trace Golf Course, fishing (Cold Water species varieties of Trout below the dam, and Warm Water Species in the Lake), families or reunions. Or just enjoy a nice relaxing time. We believe in having a good time however, our house is not for more than 12 people to stay overnight. Not a place to host large parties. Quiet lake neighborhood.
if you would like a dock, you will need to look for another house, which are typically at least10000 a day more or find a slip at one of the local marinas, Tims Ford or Twin Creeks. However, the TVA Tims Ford Boat Ramp, with plenty of ample boat trailer parking is right around the corner (a few walking small blocks) Room for 3 boat trailers in our front yard. You can go from our front yard to a put in at the TVA Boat Ramp in less than 5 minutes. You can also put in canoes and kayaks below the TVA Dam and float the Elk River.
this is perfect for a 1, 2, or possibly 3 family vacation With 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, and abundant living area spaces, suitable for groups ready to have fun at Tims Ford Lake. Whether you are looking for fishing, boating, canoeing or trout fishing the Elk River, visiting local Distilleries (Jack Daniels, 5 Miles, and Uncle Nearest, 30 miles) or relaxing on the porch. There is no boat dock or slip with this home, but the TVA ramp is less than a 1/2 mile away. You can put in and take out within minutes. Boat/RV parking in front yard with room for up to 3 trucks with boats.
- jack daniels distillery (lynchburg) about 12 miles from home Tour is always entertaining. (use to be free but they now charge but is well worth it!!
